Weiterhin willige ich ein, dass die Brock Alloy Wheels Deutschland GmbH dass von mir zur Verfügung gestellte Bildmaterial/Videomaterial – ohne weitere Genehmigungspflicht – uneingeschränkt für werbliche Zwecke nutzen und weitergeben darf. Ich versichere, dass ich über die uneingeschränkten Nutzungsrechte an dem beigefügten Bildmaterial/ Videomaterial frei verfügen darf und dass es frei von Rechten Dritter ist. Ich versichere, dass die abgebildete(n) Person(-en) mit der Veröffentlichung einverstanden sind. Ich willige in die Bearbeitung (z. B. Ausschnittsbildung, Farbveränderungen etc.) der beigefügten Bilder durch die Brock Alloy Wheels Deutschland GmbH ein. Die Nutzung des Bildmaterials/Videomaterials ist sowohl für die Brock Alloy Wheels Deutschland GmbH, als auch die berichtenden Medien honorarfrei.

Furthermore, I agree that Brock Alloy Wheels Deutschland GmbH may use and pass on the picture material/video material made available by me – without further obligation of approval – without restrictions for advertising purposes. I assure that I may freely dispose of the unrestricted rights of use to the attached picture material/video material and that it is free of rights of third parties. I assure that the person(s) shown agree with the publication. I agree to the processing (e.g. cropping, colour changes etc.) of the enclosed pictures by Brock Alloy Wheels Deutschland GmbH. The use of the picture material/video material is free of charge both for Brock Alloy Wheels Deutschland GmbH and the reporting media.
