3 Which Data do we use and why?
3.1 Hosting
We use hosting-services to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, memory and data base services, security services as well as technical maintenance. This allows us to operate our website. Here we, or rather our hosting service, processes inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta data, communication data of our customers, interested parties and guests of our website in accordance to our justified interest of providing a more efficient Website according to Art. 6. Abs. 1 S. f) DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 28 DSGVO

3.2 Access Data

We collect information about you if you use this website. We collect information about your usage behavior and your interaction with us automatically as well as we register data about your computer or mobile device. We collect, sage and use data about every access to our website (so called Serverlogfiles). Access data contains of:

  • date and time of the access
  • data volume transferred
  • report on successful access
  • browser software
  • operating system
  • referer URL
  • websites, that are accessed by the system of the user through our website
  • internet service provider of the user
  • IP-Address and the requesting provider

We use these log data without a clear allocation to your person or any other way of profiling for statistical evaluation for the purpose of operating and optimizing our website as well as security issues. We also use it for the anonymous collection of the number of visitors on our website (traffic), to see the extent and the kind of usage on our website and services and also for billing purposes to see the amount of clicks which were generated by cooperation partners. On the basis of these information we can provide personalized and location-based services and analyse the data traffic, debug and improve our services.

Herein lies our justified interest in accordance to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO. We reserve the right to check the log data subsequent, if there is specific evidence of an illegal use. We save IP-Addresses for a limited period of time in the logfiles, if it is necessary for the purpose of safety or the provision of service or for the invoice of a service, for example if you use one of our offers. After cancellation of the process of the order or after receipt of payment, we will delete your IP-Address if it won’t be used for the purpose of safety anymore. We also save IP-Addresses if we have specific evidence for a crime in connection with the use of our website. Furthermore we save, as part of your account, the date of your last visit to our website.

3.3 Cookies
We use Session.Cookies to optimize our website. A Session-Cookie is a small text data that will be send by the respective server and will be saved on its hard drive. This data contains of a so called Session-ID, by which you can assign several requests of your Browser to the session. By that, your computer can be identified if you come back to our website. These cookies will be deleted if you close your browser (This allows you to use the shopping cart function for several websites for example). We use, to only a limited extent, persistent cookies which will stay on your device which will make us able to identify you browser the next time you visit our website. We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so called “Cookies”. “Cookies” are small text files which will be saved on your computer and allows us to analyze your usage of our website. The information on your usage of our website generated by the “Cookie” will be forwarded to a Google-Server in the US and will be saved there. Herein lies our justified interest in accordance to Art 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO. Thereby, Google is obligated to comply with the legal provision of the European Union and the European data protection law. Google will use this information on our Account to analyse your usage of our website, to create reports about the website activities and to provide further services for us. Your transmitted IP-Address will not be connected with other Google-Data. You can prevent the digital storage of “Cookies” by changing the settings of your Browser. 5 Storage Time
If not specified, we only save personalized data as long as necessary for the pursued purpose. In some cases, the legislator obligates the storage of personalized data (e.g. tax law, commercial law). 7 Forwarding data to third parties, no forwarding to Non-EU Countries
We only use your personalized data within our company. If we include third parties in order to execute the contract (e.g. logistics) we only forward your personalized data to the necessary extent. If we outsource a part of or data processing, we will agree to process data in accordance to the data protection laws by contract. Forwarding data to places, persons or companies outside the European Union will not take place and is not planned either.
